ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to amend the name of the 1st petitioner as 'Chandru @ Ramachandran' instead of 'Ramachandran' in the petition as well as in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 23966 of 2025, dated 26.12.2025 and also to extend the time for furnishing sureties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Amendment Petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended by fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply the with order of this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.23966 of 2025, dated 26.12.2025.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
