ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the entire land comprised in S.Nos. 581, 698 and 1131, situated in Madakkulam Village, Thirupparangkundram Taluk, Madurai District based, on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2018. 2.Heard both sides.
3.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner owns the property in question. In order to survey and lay boundary stones in respect of his property, the petitioner sent several representations to the respondents. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, on the representations of the petitioner, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
6.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No costs.
