ORDER

With the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.SRA.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent. 2/5

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by issuance of patta to the seventh respondent. The petitioner, therefore, approached the third respondent seeking necessary corrections to be made by recalling the wrong patta issued to the seventh respondent. However, the third respondent has rejected the application of the petitioner and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed a reveiw petition before the second respondent on 18.10.2024.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks expeditious disposal of the said review petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law and thereby, dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner on 18.10.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and private respondents.
