O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass and compel the petitioners to handover the house hold articles till the disposal of the court proceedings in MC.No.158 o f 2015 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and O.S.No.129 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in O.S.No.129 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Trichy and M.C.No.158 of 2015, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation centre at Trichy and while so, the second respondent police is compelling the petitioners to hand over the household articles.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the first petitioner's wife, a case is registered in Cr.No.26 of 2016 and the second respondent is not compelling the petitioners to hand over the articles. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
