The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his warrant recall application on merits on the same day of his surrender, in Spl.S.C.No.107 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram. 2.It is seen that it is a case of the year 2010 and N.B.W. is pending against the petitioner since 25.06.2014. fit case to issue the direction as prayed for.
