O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to take necessary action by enquiring the petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2019 as per the Government letter No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017.

2.Heard the learned Counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that pointing out certain forgery committed by the 3rd and 4th respondents in the revenue records, he made a complaint to the 1st and 2nd respondents on 20.02.2019. However, no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint. Due to inaction on the part of the 1st and 2nd respondents, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint of the petitioner would be enquired into by the 1st respondent and appropriate orders would be passed.

5.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner and also considering the submissions made on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to enquire into the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 20.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
