Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.30 of 2025 under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 131 of BNS, 2023 and section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of women Harassment Act 1988. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.

2. In view of the above fact, this pre-arrest bail application is not maintainable. 1/3

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
