O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to revise the grade pay of the petitioner from Rs.1,600/- to Rs.2,300/- from January 2011 to January 2017. 2.Heard the learned Counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled to get Rs.2,300/- as grade pay as on January 2011, whereas the same was fixed as Rs.1,600/- only. Therefore, seeking to revise the grade pay for the period from January 2011 to January 2017, the petitioner submitted several representations to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents. However, no such revision as requested by the petitioner, has been done by the respondents so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and also considering the submissions made on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
