Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, M/s.S.Jeyalakshmi, Sub-Inspector of Police, Thenthamaraikulam Police Station, Kanyakumari District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that on the complaint given by one Balakumar, the fourth respondent herein, the respondent police conducted petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.331 of 2016 and the same has also been closed on 28.12.2016.

2.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
