[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Sivakumar, male, aged about 29 years, son of Sakkaraithevan, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.The detenu is produced by the second respondent. The detenu informs that coming to know of filing of the present petition, he has appeared before the second respondent. He informs of having left the matrimonial home owing to minor discord with the petitioner. Now, he informs his willingness to return to the marital home. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
