This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to give the permission for conducting 'Adal Padal' Programme and Tamil Cultural Karagattam during Swamy Urchavam schedule to be held 11.05.2018 in the eve of Arulmigu "Sri Veeraputhirasamy Temple" Chithirai festival belongs to North Arinaickpuram, Ambasamuthiram Taluk, Thirunelvelli District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adalpadal programme and Tamil Cultural Karagattam" shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
