46 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.This Court dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed at the instance of the first accused. This Court went through the contents of the First Information Report. The petitioner along with others have been taking steps to cause disaffection between two religious communities. They also been mobilising funds for waging war against the country.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that against three of the accused NSA has been invoked. 5.Taking into account the serious nature of the allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that national security is involved this Court does not finds any reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
