PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.03.2022 within the time stipulated y this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.03.2022.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and for the same, enquiry is still pending.
3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and private respondents and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
