O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate actions on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 20.12.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community and the resident of Adhipatti Village. The 3rd respondent has purchased 50 acres of nanja lands and 35 acres of punja lands in his village and out of which, they formed a layout measuring 14 acres by naming it as Vasantham Nagar and converted it into plots. However, the 3rd respondent refused to sell the same to the Scheduled Caste people. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 20.12.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation against the 3rd respondent is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of 15 days. 2/4

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.12.2024 and the same is under enquiry before the 2nd respondent, this Court hereby direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same, after affording opportunity to both parties, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
