No.A4/3352087/2025 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant sufficient time for execution of Work ID No.02/RIDF/2024-25 by duly considering the petitioner's reply dated 12.02.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filled challenging the show cause notice issued by the second respondent on 12.02.2026 why the work order should not be cancelled for not completing the work before January 2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, laying of road is through agricultural properties and due to harvest season, the initiation of the work was delayed.

3. Pending writ petition, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has received written instructions to the effect that they are extending the time upto 31.05.2026 for completion of the work.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner expressed that they would complete the work on or before 31.05.2026. 2/4

5. The respondents are directed to pass a formal order extending the time upto 31.05.2026. It is made clear that any request from the petitioner for further extension will not be entertained.
