PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2021 in CSR no.211/2021 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency,within the period as stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2021 in CSR no.211/2021 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency,within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has issued CSR No.211 of 2021 to the petitioner. Thereafter the petitioner failed to co-operate for enquiry and the same was closed.
