PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry with regard to the cancellation of settlement deed vide D.No.2788/2016 in respect of S.No.107/4D to extent of 0.16.50 Hectares of Vallam Village, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District, which was fraudulently registered by the 4th respondent in favour of the 5th to 7th respondents, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2025.

ORDER
