2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the order of this Court dated 26.07.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.4521 of 2019 has been complied with on 25.11.2024 by sending a proposal to the Accountant General. 2/5

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent/the Principal Accountant General submits that they have received the proposal on 29.11.2024 and they would be issuing the order within one or two days.

4. Recording the said submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
