The petitioner has appeared before this Court seeking for a direction on the respondents 2 and 3 to grant appointment to her in a regular vacancy. I find that the respondents 2 and 3 are Management of a private School and therefore Writ of Mandamus cannot be issued as such sought for by the petitioner. However, considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is permitted to pursue her representation before the second respondent which shall be considered in accordance with law. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
