Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the 4th respondent Hospital to issue the petitioner's son treatment Discharge Summary, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 03.03.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction against the fourth respondent to produce the discharge summary, relating to the son of the petitioner, in relation to the accident, compensation for which has been claimed in M.C.O.P.No.797 of 2022, which is now pending before the Special Sub Court for MCOP Cases, Madurai. 2.In this regard, the petitioner can very well file a petition before the said Court, to call for records from the fourth respondent/Hospital. Instead of that, seeking that relief in this writ petition is only a superfluous. I am confident that appropriate orders will be passed by the Court concerned. 2/4

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
