O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to enforce the maintenance order dated 26.03.2025 passed by him as against respondents 2 and 3.

2. A perusal of the records reveals that the first respondent, by order dated 26.03.2025, directed the petitioner's three sons, namely, Arulappan, Sesuraj, and Suba Santhanam, to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.1,500/- per month each.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Sesuraj is regularly paying the monthly maintenance. However, respondents 2 and 3 have not paid the maintenance amount despite issuance of legal notice to them. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to enforce the order dated 26.03.2025 as against respondents 2 and 3.

4. In view of the above facts, the first respondent is directed to initiate appropriate proceedings to enforce the order dated 26.03.2025 as against respondents 2 and 3. The said exercise shall be commenced within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
