ORDER

This Civil Revision petition is filed to set aside the order passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2013, dated 18.09.2014, on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Tenkasi, which is reversed the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1803 of 2011 in O.S.No.481 of 2011, dated 10.01.2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ itself has been disposed of by the trial Court and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
