ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner insisting the petitioner too handover the above property to the extent of 32 cents in Survey No.641/1G at Perunkudi Part-1 Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tiruenelveli District that too while the suit in O.S.No. 197 of 2016 is pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.Today, Mr.K.Sheik Syed Karim, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District is present before this Court. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that civil suits are pending between the parties. It is further submitted that on the complaint given by one Innocent Rakini, sister-in-law of the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and both parties have been advised to settle their disputes through the civil Court.
5. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties unless, there is a commission of cognizable offences.
