ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition is filed to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.04.2018 and to take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the petitioner's complaint was closed. He would further submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
since the complaint is civil in nature, both the parties are advised to approach the civil Court to resolve the dispute.
