2. It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General that the case of the detenue has been positively considered and his premature release has been ordered vide G.O.(Ms)No.1020, Home (Prison - IV) Department, dated 20.08.2018, subject to certain conditions.

3. The said Government Order in G.O.(Ms)No.1020, Home (Prison - IV) Department, dated 20.08.2018, is taken on file and the same is recorded.

4. In the light of the said Government Order, nothing remains for further adjudication and therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
