O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/ respondents for theri willful disobedience and non compliance of the order, passed by this Court, made in Crl.OP(MD)No.15561 of 2020, dated 23.12.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 23.12.2020, final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-No.II, Ramanathapuram, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.53 of 2021 and it was posted to 11.01.2022 for the appearance of accused.

3. Since the order of this Court, dated 23.12.2020, has been complied by the respondents/contemnors herein, this Contempt Petition is closed and the contemnors/respondents are discharged.
