[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to provide necessary police escort to the petitioner's brother -in -law Mareeswaran, S/o.Kalimuthu,PID No.282607 confined at Central Prison, Madurai based on the representation dated 23.02.2026 within a reasonable time as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's brother-in-law was granted emergency leave with escort,however escort has not been provided.

4. In view of the same the second respondent is directed to provide escort to the petitioner's brother while availing emergency leave.
