When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.47 of 2016 was completed and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, for offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code @ 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code, against the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the learned Magistrate has not taken the same on file.

2. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Manamadurai, to pass appropriate orders on the final report in Crime No.47 of 2016. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
