This petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation from the 3rd respondent to 4th respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.01.2016, the respondent police has registered a case against the accused person for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.355 of 2016 and the accused has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation is being done by the 3rd respondent in a proper manner.
