ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. When this petition was taken up for hearing on 30.08.2016, this Court directed the respondent not to insist the petitioner to close the shop by 7.00 p.m., when the other shops are kept open till 09.00 p.m.

4.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now the respondent police permitted the petitioner to close the shop, when the other shops are closed.

5. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
