ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 08.07.2016 for offences punishable under Section 302 IPC in Cr.No.303 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused has beaten the deceased and thereby caused death.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case particularly that the case initially was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C and the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner stands wrongly implicated and he has been in judicial custody from 08.07.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum
