O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is seeking an early disposal of I.A.No.203 of 2013 in O.S.No.225 of 2010, on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai (Thirumangalam Camp).

2. The plaintiff in the suit for partition has filed an application in I.A.No.203 of 2013, on the file of the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai (Thirumangalam Camp), for appointing a Commissioner to partition the suit property by metes and bounds, in terms of the preliminary decree passed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said Interlocutory Application was filed on 23.09.2013 and notice was ordered to the respondent. The respondent entered appearance on 08.01.2014. He is taking time till today for filing counter and without any sufficient reason. The learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai (Thirumangalam Camp) is also adjourning the matter.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner only seeks a direction to the learned Trial Judge for an early disposal of the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Interlocutory Application.

5. As it is only the direction sought for to be given to Sub Court, no notice is necessary. Considering the limited prayer and in the interest of Justice, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai (Thirumangalam Camp) to dispose of I.A.No.203 of 2013 in O.S.No.225 of 2010, on or before 28.02.2015 and report compliance of the same. No costs.
