ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to initiate enquiry and to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.03.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint addressed to the first respondent has not been received by the third respondent and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to furnish a copy of the complaint dated 01.03.2016 to the third respondent. 4.In view of the submission made, the petitioner is directed to present a copy of the complaint dated 01.03.2016 before the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent shall look into the complaint and take a decision in accordance with law.
