This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose of the C.C.No.105 of 2016 on his file as expeditiously as possible. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case in C.C.No.105 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, is ended in acquittal. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration and accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
