O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the Respondent to expedite the investigation of the case in RC/MA1/2014/A/0044 pending on the file of the Respondent and file the final report within a stipulated period.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Spl.Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Spl.Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, for the respondent has filed a Status Report and would submit that the case in RC/MA1/2014/A/0044 investigation has been conducted and final report has also been filed before the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, which was taken on file in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.C.No.52 of 2016 and the same is pending and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

4. In the light of the above, the present Criminal Original Petition is closed.
