Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants sale deed dated 07.02.2014 that was registered as Document No.290 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent to be cancelled.

3.I fail to understand the logic or rationale behind such a prayer. Admittedly the lease was for a period of five years. Lease period had expired in the year 2019 itself. The question of cancelling an expired lease does not arise at all.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation. It is open to the petitioner herein to get this writ order registered on the file of the third respondent.
