This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 30.06.2014, made in E.L.O.P. No.14 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The election was conducted for the period from 19.10.2011 to 18.10.2016. Admittedly, the election for the period from 19.10.2011 to 18.10.2016 was over. The respondents 1 to 6 were also elected for the concerned period. Therefore, the revision petition challenging the order dated 30.06.2014 made in E.L.O.P.No.14 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, the civil revision petition is closed. No costs.
