This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the D.V.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram as against the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the respondent would submit that the complaint in D.V.C.No.5 of 2016 has been dismissed for non-prosecution by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and so far the same has not been restored. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the fact that the complaint has been dismissed for non-prosecution, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition at this stage. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
