ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection for surveying and fencing the land in old S.No.574/6, New S.No.574/1 situated at Lembalakudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
2. I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to give police protection to the petitioner to survey the lands, after affording an opportunity to the other persons, who are interested in the property or going to be affected in view of the survey, if there are no other legal impediments. of one month from the date of date of receipt of a copy of this order.
