Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.BALASUBRAMANIAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.951 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.547 of 2021, dated 09.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for modification of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2819 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date. However, investigation is still pending. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first and third Monday until further orders.
