This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in the above Crime No.15/2012 on the file of the respondent herein within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 04.06.2015 before the Special Court for Land Grabbing, Thanjavur and the same is yet to be taken on file.
