ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this Court, vide order dated 25.02.2026, granted interim bail to the petitioner on the condition that he deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2026. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has deposited the said amount to the credit of the said crime number.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this court is of the view that the interim bail already granted by this Court on 25.02.2026 is made absolute. Accordingly, the petitioner is hereby directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2026 shall remain unaltered. 2/4
