O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to grant permission for yearly festival of Sri Suyambu Oural Mariamman Kovil situated at Neikkarapatti, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District for the "AdalPadal dance Programme" on 02.05.2018 at about 06.00 pm based on the petitioner's representation to the second respondent dated 25.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
