ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.998 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.93 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance amount on or before 26.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not well and is taking treatment and hence, he could not comply with the order.

3. It is pertinent to note that the maintenance case is pending from 2016 onwards and that the petitioner has not paid any amount so far. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to extend the time as claimed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 27.01.2025 on or before 27.03.2025. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
