ORDER
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2350 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 from 01.04.2025 to 04.04.2025.

2. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent that the condition No.7(iv) of the bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2350 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 is modified as 'The petitioner shall stay at Thoothukudi District and appear and sign before the Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thoothukudi on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders'.
