2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that C.C.No.227 of 2016 is pending for trial on 15.06.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, is directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
