This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.03.2018, investigate into the same in accordance with law and file final report at the earliest. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.183 of 2018 under Section 381 IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.
