ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file positive final report in Cr.No.302/2015 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
