Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to cancel the allotment of bar to the building bearing Door No.338/10, situated in T.S.No.17/4A in Ganganthapuram, Aranthangi Town, vide the proceeding of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/1751/8506/2021, dated 24.01.2022 by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2022. ORDER

The petitioner is only a previous licencee and appears to be a lessee of the fifth respondent. It appears that the fourth respondent participated in the auction and had succeeded. There is a private dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. It appears that the fifth respondent has also given no objection in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.5832 of 2022 favour of the fourth respondent for running the bar, which was leased out by the petitioner from the fifth respondent. Since the petitioner had already filed a suit in O.S.No.50 of 2022 before the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, there is no merit in the present writ petition.

2. The writ petition stands dismissed with the above observations. No costs. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the District Manager, with appropriate applications.
