: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other Writ or Direction, call for the records, pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.12/2018, dated 18.04.2018, in detaining the detenu under Section 2 (f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu, by name, Sudhakar, son of Sakthivel, Male, aged about 27 years, now detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.2121, Home Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 01.06.2018, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board.

2. In view of the order dated 01.06.2018, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
